Email address of either CIO or CPC?

My WP got renewed recently and my PR app. status is In Process.
I am sending the docs thru mail anyway.

I remember, that we can send the soft copies in a mail.
Can some one pls. tell me which email ID that I can send the renewed docs.

Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca is bouncing back.

If your application is at CPP-Ottawa, then send an email to ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca.

I am not sure, where my file is.
May I also know the email id of CPC (Case Processing Center) Sydeny.

If you applied in 2012, your file is almost certainly in Ottawa. If you applied in 2013, and your ecas status is "in process", your file may be in Sydney. You can email Sydney at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca and as them if that is where your file is. You can also send an email to Ottawa and if they don't have your file, they will tell you to email Sydney.

Sara, email them and ask for a confirmation. I emailed the same docs to Ottawa three times, and then asked for confirmations, only to be told they did not receive them. Also, I know you applied the same time as me, so if you ecas status says "in process", your file may be being processed in Sydney. If it says "application received", then you are probably in Ottawa, like me.

I only know that after AOR is sent by CIC, file goes to office which we choose in generic application form ( cpp ottawa for many who applies being in Canada). and status keeps changing to received then in process etc. I really Donno about Sydney CPC coming into picture.

The application should eventually end up at Ottawa. There has been some indication for recent applications that Sydney is doing some of the early processing after AOR, but I don't know how much at this stage. To be sure, just email Ottawa and ask them if they have your file for sending additional docs. They should answer in a couple of days.
