Email Address for NOC Questions?

Hi Guys,

Been reading the forum for a while now. I just have a question regarding NOC so I sent an email to the email addresses provided here but it keeps on bouncing back.

These are the 2 emails:

NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca
NOC@workingincanada.gc.ca

Message says:

"Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to NOC@workingincanada.gc.ca. Gmail will retry for 21 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently."

What is the correct email address then?

apparently, this one doesnt work too:

I haven't searched other ways yet. I can't believe they will stop answering queries about that. There are a lot of jobs that are hard to classify and without assistance applications will be messed up Lol
