Eligiblity for Super Visa

Hello Everyone.

I want to find out whether i am eligible for super visa.

I was Permanent Residence.i did not renew it.My spouse still holds a valid P.R Card till April 2015.

My son is 4 yrs old and is Canadian Citizen.

We also own a Property in Canada.Also i currently hold a Valid Bank Account in Canada.

Currently I m working in India.I also hold a valid U.S Visa.I am working as a Professional Pilot with a reputed airline.

If someone can please advise whether i can apply for super visa.

No - you don't qualify.

Your son will have to be an adult before he will be able to sponsor you for the super visa. He will also have to prove that he meets the low income cut off - in other words that he makes enough money from a job in Canada to sponsor you for the super visa.
