Either you’ll get a response very quickly (because done via AI) or it can take months if a manual review is necessary.

Hi,

I have got my passport request letter and I have not sent my passport yet , because I have once query here when I applied for my VISA I have only one passport and then I got my new passport in between my VISA application was in process, now I have 2 passport the old one a new one. both my passports and little bit confused will get the VISA stamped on my new passport or old one. I have not updated my new Passport in GC key account as there is no option to do so.

Is there any chance of refusal or denial ?

you should have sent the updated passport copy when application was in process. Remember you have only 30 days to send your passport after passport request. Why you have new passport if old was valid? Does your tracker shows visa validity date? https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/passport-travel-document.html
