Dear friends, i am a newbie here. Would like to know if I have a chance to apply as immigrant to canada, if I am an Executive Assistant / Exec Secretary. And wanted to know who is the legit consultancy firm here in the Phils.

You don't need a consultant to apply. You can do it all by yourself, just follow the instructions on CIC website. Post questions here and people are always willing to help.
