Eligible for both CEC and FSW!!

Hi Guys,

I am eligible for both CEC and FSW as stated in my Express Entry profile. Please can anyone confirm if the next draw is specifically for FSW, will I still receive an ITA or the system will wait to send an ITA until there is a CEC draw?

Also, will there be any difference between receiving an ITA for FSW or CEC?

If the next draw is a general draw, then you will receive ITA if your score meets the cut off. The same applies if it is a CEC draw. There has never been a FSW draw. FSW applicants are included in the general draw.

You will only be invited under CEC.

There is no such thing as FSW draws... FSW are only drawn in general draws which include CEC, always. Hence, you'll be invited under CEC if you qualify for both.

agree with the above response. CEC will take the priority and you will be invited under CEC if you qualified for more than two streams.
