But there is visa document number, visa Expiry date, but still no passport request sent. Its 28 days since the last update

For my parents Super Visa, the tracker says that Eligibility, Medical, Biometrics are completed and background verification is in progress. Does this mean that they have assessed the "sufficient finances/ties to home country" requirement as well, or just basic eligibility (correct visa category, valid travel documents, etc)?

I'm not expecting any issues on background checks, but seeing so many rejection stories based on insufficient ties here, it would be nice to know if that is no longer a concern.

In same boat- background in progress since April 19 update on Tracker- I can see app updated on may 19th but no change ! everything else shows as completed!

Did you upload a police clearance? I’m thinking to get a police clearance for my mom and send it by webform ?

I don't think it's wise to send extra documents that they have not asked for, it's clearly stated that if they need additional documents they contact u

I am so sorry to hear that but don't worry , we all have some errors sometimes. Just read here and maybe you will find your answer and fix that issue because there are two different Status Trackers for different Categories

What do you mean a police table ? Is it a police clearance?

we are same boat - update April 19th before strike, nothing since on our super visa - applied Feb 1
