ELIGIBILTY UNDER SPP as completed schooling late

Hi,
I Have completed my 10th in 2003 when I was 20 years old with 65%.
12th in 2005 with 70 %.
(Graduate Degree)BCA in 2008 with 72 %.

worked from 2008 to 2010.
Again did certificate course 2010 September to 2012 for 16 months regarding Networking
Working from 2012 to till date. IELTS SCORE 6 Bands each. Am I eligible to study PG diploma Course for Canada? Passing my class 10th will make any issue or not kindly suggest.

It should not create any trouble but I would recommend mentioning a reason in SOP for the delay.
