Eligibilty for Quebec skilled worker 2015 ?

Hello madam/Sir,
Actually I want to know about QSWP. My details are mentioned below :

Education : B.tech in Computer Science Engineering ( Education Credentials Assessment is completed from WES Canada).
Experience : 3 years 4 months experience as a Software developer. Currently Working.
Age : 28 years(Unmarried)
IELTS : overall 5.5 band. not less than 5.
Quebec Contact : Working for Quebec employer from 1 year through freelance . I can provide conversation emails documents in reference. He knows me very well still we are working currently. I am continuously communicate with emails as well as Skype or in his phone number.

I have assessed my point in Quebec Government website , it is 53 points.

My question is what are my chances to get Quebec PR in coming QSWP?.

Are you an *employee* of this company? Or is a *client* of your freelance business?

Work conversation details etc are irrelevant to your application for QSW. You would mention this freelance contract in the job/work experience section of the forms:

Is the Quebec company willing to make you a job offer? If so, that would boost your chances enormously, & you wouldn't have to wait to apply. However the company would need to get the offer validated:

Dear All,

Actually I want to know my point in Area of Training and Total Point.

Education : Msc in Computer Science (2 Years) and Bachelor in Geology(3 Years)
Experience : 7 years 11 months experience as a System Administrator. Currently Working.
Age : 33 years(Married ,spouce education=bachelor in Veterinary doctor ,age=27 ,work exp=3 years in her subject , no ielts)
IELTS : overall 5.5 band. not less than 5.

Am I get – Principal applicant: 16 points ,SECTION A or not because I don't have Bachelor in Computer Science only Msc.Computer Science
followed by Bachelor in Geology with no experience in Geology but 8 Years Experience in IT sector after completing my Bachelor.

If I get only 12 point from section B Bachelor in Geology without experience in geology what is my Total Score.

Please kindly assessed my Total Point .
and also what is the chances to get Quebec PR in coming session

According to my knowledge,married applicants need to get minimum 63 points,you will not get 16 points for not having Bachelor in Computer Science (where you need to study 3+ years)but you will get points for having Master degree.

The minimum points required for married applicants = 57, for single applicants, 49. (See points grid.)
