Eligibilty completed but biometrics still in progress

Hello, is there anyone else in the same situation as me?
I did biometrics on 14 february, and the biometric number and expiration date is displayed on my application status in GCKey.
However, there's still the notification "action is required", and in the tracker biometric is still in progress, although eligibility is completed.
Any idea what's going on?
Should I do something? or it's just a glitch?

Update : finally the biometrics went to completed today 22 february
