Eligibility started without Biometric

Today I received a new email from IRCC and when I login I see the eligibility has started and they requested additional documents: POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

Although I submitted police clearance but they requested again and I guess they quality of last PC Certificate wasn't good. That's why requested repeat documents. I've been able to submit my Medical and Police clearance during online submission but due to VAC closure Biometric incomplete.

So actually it's good that they are doing what they meant. Like start processing applications without biometric.

By the way, this is one of my friends application and I'm handling his online application.

Is it confirm that Canada Is going to keep Fall intake online? I think they have allowed visa offices to process applications without bio-metric and provide a Work permit approval so students can start online classes. Or is there any chance that Fall intake can still be on ground?

It depends on your school/university. However they have started application processing without biometrics and this is the prove i got it today.

My application submitted in may and eligibilty review started on same day when I passed my medical.i think vo made the decision on our file but we dont get without biometrics.

My medical was updated on 7th May but eligibility review started only after 29th May(don't know exact date since I didn't logged in until today). Visa filed on 23rd April. I hope they did made decision and we will know it soon we give our biometrics. I am planning to apply for gcms note to see what is happening with my file.
