Eligibility Roll Back - Only Received BVL - IRCC Riyadh - Non SDS

I submitted my study application to Saudi Arabia's Riyadh IRCC. First, they started reviewing my application, and I found my eligibility tarnished. However, after 10 days, I received the BVL correspondence letter. It has been 20 days, and I am still waiting. My eligibility was rolled back on the same day when I got BVL. Still status as a new application, "Eligibility Not Started.".


Please guide me.

I recieved my Passport request.

18 January 2024 First BVL with no decision and Eligibility Rolled Back

18 February 2024 exact after one month again Eligibility Started

20 February 2024, Recieved PPR
