Eligibility Review

Hello guys.... what does the Eligibility Review process entail?

Secondly do I have to submit certified true copies for all my documents to CIC. I have recieved an ITA under the CEC category on January 13th, 2016.
Please I need to get things right and not submit wrong documents. Kindly advice.

1. Eligibility review - Make sure you are eligible for CEC from your end as we have no control over what CIC does on theirs.

2. Documents - Scan all your documents and upload it, everything in EE is electronic.
