Eligibility: Review Required

Hi,

I applied for PR via CEC and it is currently on the 4 month mark now since I applied. I just received my second lot of GCMS notes, and it says that although criminality and medical are passed, that my EE eligibility requires review - and mentions review particularly of my job letters to match the NOC.
I have sent a webform but it says due to Covid19 they'll only reply to enquiries past the 6 month processing time.
Has anyone else had "Review Required" and may know what it means?
