Eligibility Review Required. Please Help!!!

  1. Dear Guys,

    I am a EE FSW-O applicant.

    My AoR is 18 May 18
    IP1 30 May 18

    I ordered my first gcms on 8 July 18 and received on 31 July 18 which says everything is okay except eligibility (which they put to review required)

    They checked our website which is not working.

    I actually work fr a group company in UAE. My visa was with one of its subsidiaries. On 7th June they decided to close down its operations and by 10 June they transferred me to the parent company

    When they closed the company the closed website, telephone fax etc

    In the LoE i have given,

    1. Reference letter my my compnay (of which on the footer its written that my company is a subsidiary of parent company)
    2.Trade license copy issued by UAE govt. which shows my company is owned by parent company
    3. Closure letter issued by MD of parent company to the GM of my company.
    4. Transfer letter from parent company signed by MD of parent company and myself
    In this previos and current status of salary, postions are also mentioned. More over the joining date mentioned is the joining date in the subsidiary company.
    5. Insurance card copies in which both my compnay n parent compnay names are mentioned as my parent company is the policy holder.

    Is this docs are enough?

    I received feedback email (after 15 working days) that they received my LoEs.

    On average, how long it takes for case officer to pick the file once the analyst mention "eligibility review required"?

    I have ordered my second gcms 1 week before (after they received my LoE)


    Once the LoE is added to the file, how long it takes for the Officer to review it (On avergae)

CRS Score has fallen below minimum for round :-Revised Foreign Work Experience from Declared 3 Years to 1.
Please review LOE for G HOSP;Unable to confirm declared NOC for self employed work.

The basic problem is that the CIC has taken my work Exp at G HOSP in another NOC...even though the work is related.... likewise....
My NOC is Manager (Procurement) and I have submitted LOE as Manager (Operations) for G HOSP. But it is clearly written that the
Job description included Procurement.
How can I clear this....Do I submit another LOE....but how can you change the designation....or submit an amended LOE stating MANAGER (OPERATIONS AND PROCUREMENT) or any other opinion....
Please suggest!!!

I got PPR after 13 my months of eligibility review required

Hi....I suggest you take advice from experts like @legalfalcon or post on ask kubeir so you get a better perspective...seems they've not awarded you points for something and you may have to submit docs supporting your claim by raising a CSE.
 
My parents applied for a Temporary Resident visa to Canada back in 2001 and applied for me too. This was however, rejected.
My passport has since expired & subsequently been reissued; twice. I was a minor then and do not have the UCI number.

Should I answer 'Yes' to the question "Have you applied to IRCC before?" in the Express Entry profile?

No they never asked me to redo medicals and l already done landing last month.

have you sent them an additional LOE why your employer put a residential address as a business address after you saw a note of review required? or did they ask for any additional documents?

No l didn’t sent them any additional documents without they asking for it. I just keep ordering GCMS notes so that they have to look my file atleast

I am from Canadian Experience Class CEC.
From my experience the best thing is to keep ordering GCMS notes as to generate those notes they have to open your file and go through it.
Nothing was happening to my file too until I ordered GCMS notes and they asked me for one more additional document and sending me PPR!! Good Luck

May I ask what additional document did they ask for? Do you know if they contacted your employer directly? Thank you
