Eligibility Review Required. Please Help!!!

Im at the same boat as you, my AOR is June 23rd.

Review required 11.2. Proof of Funds. Analyst didnt mention anything on GCMS notes. I have just raised a CSE webform and submitted Letter of Explanation for documents I already had sent. I think the main reason for this review is bank statement I sent with brazilian real currency and bank letter with american dollar currency.

I have just submitted letter of explanation with currency converter from brazilian real to canadian dollar, explaining all documents and bank statements. I hope I can have a positive answer soon.

May i ask why you were under review required and from when? Did they asked any ADR from you??

Because of POF since June 15th, and they didn't ask for any ADR.

Even my eligibility is under review for pof. My aor 23rd aug.no update post medical pass. submitted revised pof on 11th dec n same shared with concern officer on 13th dec.

by whn shud i expect some update?

Not yet, no update on my file, my file completed 6 months from AOR on 23 december, I will wait till the end of month to see if I get any update, incase I don't get any update I will submit bank letter updated with last 6 month balance proactively.

I need your help, my PR application is pending for last 17 months, my timelines are --

AOR - August 8, 2017
MEP - September 1, 2017
Re-Medical Request - November 2, 2018
Re-Medical Submitted - November 26, 2018
Re-Medical Passed - November 29, 2018
RPRF Request - December 19, 2018
RPRF Paid - December 19, 2018

I wrote an email to NDVO and got the below response on Jan 2, 2019 --

"Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi, India.

This application is under review by an officer. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly.

We trust that this information will be of assistance."

I have the below questions --

(i) Does anyone know what "under review by an officer" means, is it something positive or should I be concerned about?
(ii) Does getting RPRF request at this stage means my application is approved?

My wife who is a primary applicant, has worked in a clinic in Bahrain for over two years. Till her tenure clinic name was "ABC Dental Clinic". After she left the clinic name changed to ABC dental center and later ABC and tmj center. We got a reference letter and a salary certificate mentioning a salary was paid in cash(which is common in clinics).

It is also mentioned in the reference letter that ABC and tmj center was previously known as ABC dental clinic. Since they were going for rebranding they got a website domain and as a plan they got the same website on footer, but they never executed the plan (I guess they got lazy). Now in Google they have reference of all three in a website called fabbahrain(just dial of bahrain) Additionally, they are very active in marketing on Instagram. They have posts of opening of ABC dental clinic(previous name), there is a photo of my wife working there (2015) and they also have photos of ABC and tmj center(new name).

Now they are very lazy in responding and providing docs, and since we live in India now it's very difficult for us to get the docs. In these case what do you suggest can I provide docs. My eligibility is in review required, for work ex. What can be done.

Can I provide instgram photos with time stamps and links to prove its presence, name change and a photo of my wife working there.

PS: The name of the clinic is changed here..

Analyst could not find my business documents , they were there though which I found out after ordering copy of documents sent with application.
I think it was just a lame excuse made by analyst to delay my case
