Q1: I'm not sure how did the case officer endup calculating the 63 points. Is it possible the agent made a mistake?
Q2: Should I wait for the next officer to look in to my file and ask for clarification or should I send the actual point calculation as LOE via CSE form?
Q3: Anyone else have a similar case in losing FSW eligibility points?

Please advice. Thanks in advance

Yes he/she seems to indeed have an issue with your reference letter for your Canadian experience, and the reason why you were deducted (temporarily) 15 points, as they couldn't not be verified yet. He didn't invalidate your experience, it's just that he couldn't verifiy it at the time being. So he only could verifiy 78-15=63 points.

Not having it on company letterhead makes perfect sense, and you should have provided an explanation upfront regarding that matter.
No need to send points breakup, as they do the calculation themselves based on your claims.
Upload LOE for why you couldn't get it on letterhead, and provide all company information.

Don’t you get Canadian experience points only after completing 1 year of experience? If that’s the case, the experience being 11 months is the issue.

Upload LOE for why you couldn't get it on letterhead, and provide all company information.
Sure, I will raise a CSE form and send an LOE for why I couldn't get it on letterhead.

Do you think I should get the reference letter notarized here in India and then upload? (considering that its a Canadian employer?)

Thanks

Yes, the points can be claimed only for 1 year completion. If you can read through the details, I have worked for 2 employers (CompanyA for 11 months and CompanyB for 4 months). Both under proper work permit.

1 year Canadian work experience gives me,
10 FSW Eligibility Points under adaptability
and
40 CRS points

Notarizing it won't be of much help. Just make sure the info in it is accurate.

Yes, so the analyst has escalated the 11 month experience documents for review. Once this has been done by cleared by the officer, these points will be validated and you’ll be fine. This is common.

Sounds good. Have you seen smililar cases were the points dropped because of employments docs and they raised again by the next officer?

And what was the average wait time for the next officer to review?

Yes. As I said, this is common. The points verified by the analyst are not reviewed in detail whereas escalated documents will be reviewed and confirmed if they are in order. You can expect a delay of 1-3 months.
