Eligibility review not starting !

It's been more than 10weeks and my eligibility review hasn't started yet. On the other hand, those who applied 1month after their review of eligibility started. What might be the issue? I am tensed a bit and what should be my next step?
- 28 march Biometrics completed
-28 march upfront medical passed
- after that no update...
- applied from bangladesh
