Why would it be not eligible? So I got ita under cee
No indian experience
Created my profile on June 12th 2019
But my 1year experience completed in July 8th 2020..
Is my profile ineligible?
Should I decline this invitation??
So my lawyer is saying that while creating the profile cic ask few eligibility questions like if I had completed any category job experience which I said yes and of 1year..which lead me into creating the profile..that was in June 12..making me eligible for express entry..which I was not..as I completed my 1 year in July8Why would it be not eligible?
Well yeah, you basically created a fake profile by lying when answering the questions. You are not supposed to lie.So my lawyer is saying that while creating the profile cic ask few eligibility questions like if I had completed any category job experience which I said yes and of 1year..which lead me into creating the profile..that was in June 12..making me eligible for express entry..which I was not..as I completed my 1 year in July8

I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
NO they won't. Not aware of any limits. Is there a limit in getting the invitations?
This was my 2nd invitation
I am gonna decline the invitation, withdraw my profile and create a new one..will they ask me the reason about the declining the invitations..
That's a different issue. In this case you should just wait until completing the experience and the submit it. Thd other person's case, he had indicated to have such work experience about a year before, which is certainly a lie.The same thing happened to me, I'm one month short of my 1 year of work experience but because of a glitch the calculator counts 11 months as one year, when answering the questions I was only prompted to type in the year and month I started working in Canada and I didn't lie at any point. IRCC is very aware of this:
OP should decline ANY invitations until they're actually eligible, declining invitations doesn't have any consequences. Withdrawing your EE profile however, may impact you negatively in case you have the same score as another candidate and there's a tie-breaker.
But the eligibility question comes for every one..den only u can create the profile..If I had chosen no experience what so ever they wouldn't let me create the profile..and I was one month away from 1 year experience so I thought of creating the profileThat's a different issue. I am asking wht did u answer in the eligibility question cause if u replied yes that u have canadian experience den only u can make the profile but if u reply that u don't have any noc experience they will say u r ineligible come back another timeI created my profile a week ago, no foreign experience. I answered all the eligibility questions truthfully and accurately and despite being 1 month short of my 1st year of work experience the system found me eligible because of how it calculates work experience. I will decline any ITA's until May 15.
In your case, if your ITA is recent it's been quite a while since you completed your one year of work experience. Your profile is not ineligible, you just benefited from that glitch.
If I had replied Truthfully they wouldn't let me create the profileI created my profile a week ago, no foreign experience. Still you lied. But the eligibility question comes for every one..den only u can create the profile..If I had chosen no experience what so ever they wouldn't let me create the profile..and I was one month away from 1 year experience so I thought of creating the profile
In that case you don't need to do anything, you can keep the ITA and apply once you've actually met the experience.I created my profile a week ago, no foreign experience. How can u create the profile when u r 1 month short?? R u in the pool..?The same thing happened to me, I'm one month short of my 1 year of work experience but because of a glitch the calculator counts 11 months as one year, when answering the questions I was only prompted to type in the year and month I started working in Canada and I didn't lie at any point.
