Eligibility: Passed - Candidate

Hello guys, I ordered my GCMS on 14th April and yesterday I got my GCMS. My AOR is April 3. GCMS notes says eligibility: passed-candidate. What does that mean? Any idea from expertise?

It shows GCMS notes generated date as may 3.

It's been more than a year. I got my PPR within 56 days of AOR.
