Ohh and they applied on paper so perhaps that's why......I'm not sure. It's ridiculous. But why didn't your partner do the TR to PR this year though?

Because there was a list of eligible occupations. Most of the jobs were low qualified such as delivery guys, cahiers and others but considered essential because of COVID... So she was not eligible.
