Eligibility: not started (GCMS notes)

Hi guys,

I have received my GCMS notes recently, notes were generated on January 26 though. And my BG is in progress since yesterday now.

So, GCMS notes clearly show that criminality and medicals are passed. However, Eligibility Not Started. If I go through all the activities that happened due January 26, I can see that CIO first changed eligibility status from Review Required to Met and then from Met to Not Started.

Also, the notes state that A11.2: appears met

What does it mean?

Hi I saw on your signature that things ended up working out for you.
But I'm curious if you figured out what happened with your file, since I think I'm on the same situation.

Do you know what happened in between your first time "eligibility met" and Feb April 20, 2018 ?
Or even the reason the "met" was canceled ?
