I used to have lot of hopes but after reviewing the CGMS notes, its very disappointing. In the first place I submitted all necessary documents which include job duties but still they made comments "for refusal"Hang in there. Don't give up.

No dude. My application has left 16 more days but there is no progress at all. It's really terrible thing to even expect an update.Hi there....Any update since this?
I feel for you more than myself to be honest....All the best!!!!No dude. My application has left 16 more days but there is no progress at all. It's really terrible thing to even expect an update.
The funny part my job title is mentioned as "Business Analyst" but the NOC code analyst who reviewed by application expecting "Information System Analyst". I am not sure if they can even qualified to process the applications.I feel for you more than myself to be honest....All the best!!!!
So is the Analyst who reviews initially or the one at 2nd review stage? The funny part my job title is mentioned as "Business Analyst" but the NOC code analyst who reviewed by application expecting "Information System Analyst". I am not sure if they can even qualified to process the applications.
That's first stage to make sure everything is right. So is the Analyst who reviews initially or the one at 2nd review stage?
I meant who decides about NOC? is it done at CIO level or VO level? That's first stage to make sure everything is right.
But they did not even give me ADR, i just proactively raised GCMS and submitted documents.I found the answer I think....
Program Assistant does first Eligibility check and then passes onto Case Analyst.
Case Analyst then passes it finally to Officer Review if eligibility is met.
If a problem in the eligibility stage then Case Analyst either sends a PFL/ADR or outright recommends rejection.

Same for me, I did not get any ADR..I found out from agent over the phone that my Eligibility is not met...But they did not even give me ADR, i just proactively raised GCMS and submitted documents.
what's the point of progress bar?Same for me, I did not get any ADR..I found out from agent over the phone that my Eligibility is not met...
I think they send out PFL/ADR only rarely, usually after 6-8 months of sitting on the file(doing nothing) they send refusal letter.
Hey I have same situation..mine says not met for refusal...since May 2018 ,which is my aor month... ordered Gcms in October came to know about eligibility not met..I raised CSE the next day ND provided them misimis job duties ND salary slips .again after a month end of November ordered another Gcms still not received notes.. waiting...ND yes I understand your situation and agrre that if at this point they will send refHas anyone experiencing the eligibility not met on your submitted application? What are the processing times on these cases if we submit the additional documents to justify the application eligibility not met due to NOC?
Hey so sorry to hear about this. Dont give up, hope and pray for the best!!My application is stuck due to this since Sep 2018. I ordered CGMS notes and the comments I read from officer "client did not provide job duties" but I immediately uploaded the new document via web form but there is not progress. It was noted "for refusal" but I hope they forward the application to senior officer for decision and review the documents I sent.
