Eligibility Masters holder under FSW.

My educational credentials have been identified as Masters by WES.
I want to know is it compulsory for masters degree holders to have job NOC skill level A.
Under the six selection factors for FSW , I saw that they have mentioned occupation related to the trade must be skill level A and a regulated profession.

Any advice will be grateful.

No such compulsion linking NOC A jobs with Masters degree exists.

That requirement is only for those that have a professional entry-to-practice degree...
