Is there anyone still waiting for the Eligibility Interview and came through roxham road. I cam in Feb 1st but still waiting for the interview notice. I was given a 9 month wait.

Yes, this is normal. It can take over a year.
 
Thanks for your reply is it possible to contact IRCC for an earlier date. I did my fingerprint and I have sent my medical and moved to Toronto.
My lawyer requested my file be moved here. Is there a possibility for it to be moved earlier.

Everyone wants an earlier date. Unfortunately you have to wait your turn. They won't give you an earlier appointment just because you ask.
 
Thanks for the reply so even with the medicals and biometrics done at the border. No work permit till Brown paper right.

Thank you. I don't have a lawyer, please advise on the steps to request the change if you know them. Would like to change location of my eligibility interview and the file as a whole
 
I dont know how to do it without a lawyer. I moved to Toronto and was told how to send it to the Toronto office. You can email them as well,

Do they still allowed to cross border on Roxham road? You apply for Refugee on border. They give brown Id same time ?
 
I’m Yemeni and I’m planning to come through roxham road by coming October, how long will be the waiting time and during waiting time i will be eligible fir study/ work ?
