Eligibility for pr

Am I eligible to apply for pr if I work as a supervisor in Tim hortons, because I heard that tim Horton's is not a retail store it is only fast food restaurant. I only have one year work permit. Could anyone please tell me that would be really helpful for me

Below are the selection factors are:

1. Education Qualification
2. How much strong in Language
3. Employment experience
4. Age
5. Arranged employment
6. Adaptability

And I have one more question. I have started my studies in Canada in 2018 September, I have taken the 2 years program, continued for one year but unfortunately I discontinued that program. Again I got admission in other college for one year program. So I'm planning to apply for the work permit this year April. So how many years or months of work permit will I get.
If I will get one year work permit, is it possible to get pr within a year.
Could you please give me suggestions for this, because I am really worried about it.
