Eligibility for Canada Immigrant Nominee Program

My CRS score is 385, CLB 7.5, with 12 years of experience and my first preference would be Ontario.

My skill/technology (software) is very niche which may potentially enable me to capitalise the limited opportunities in the technology (AS/400). Please let me know if I will be eligible to apply for Ontario immigrant nominee program? If not, please suggest the provinces that I will be eligible to apply and the provinces in which I have high chances of being nominated. Thanks
