Eligibility criteria for computer science BS-CS (honor) for Canadian immigration

I have done BS-CS (hon) in computer science from Pakistan, Is my profession applicable in federal skill worker program ? do I need to do IELTS and do I need to have a job offer letter get approve federal work program ? if I applied for federal skill program and after a year Canadian immigration authority that your profession (computer science) cap is filled then what I will do??
Is it good idea to apply federal skill worker program ? or which is the best way to get Canadian immigration? ? if anybody have good information then please guide me it will be great thanks..

Please go back your old posts - you'll see you have lots of answers.

Yes - your occupation is on the NOC list - but this NOC has reached the application cap. This means that to apply through FSW right now, you need a job offer. No other solution if you want to apply now through FSW.

thanks for your answer NO i have no old posts i think you have misunderstanding my questions will resemble with anyperson which you have given answers so that's why you say such anyway, i am newly join this fourm for canadian immigration-----and i have question how we can arrange job in canada ???? especially related to our profession ? we are not there how we can?? any sloution or guidness which work------------

You'll need to apply for jobs through web sites such as monster.ca, workopolis.ca and the Canadian Job Bank. You should expect it to be very difficult to find an employer. Most employers are not willing to go through the paperwork, waiting time and cost required.
