Does anyone have any idea about the order of eligibility, criminality and security checks in IRCC? Does eligibility check start before criminality check or after? thanx for your time

There is no written in stone order. Some applicants see their eligibility starts before criminality and some vice versa. But, almost always security is the final step. Anyway, for what it's worth both criminality and security come under background verification.
