Eligibility in process on GC Key
Background Check in progress on tracker
No Visitor Visa document number.

What does the completed eligibility mean? Does it mean the application has been approved.
When can I expect a result.

Background check is not completed so all you can do is wait. No one can tell you how long that will take. Doesn’t mean approved or refused.
