Elementary schools Toronto - please advise

We are about to relocate to Toronto.
Checking on the elementary schools there, came up with a list of preferred ones below, based on the rating.
Please advise which one is the best based on your real experience.

Seneca Hill School
Denlow School
Arbor Glen School
Kennedy Elementary School
Blythwood Junior Public School
Avondale Public & Alternative School

Even if there is someone who suggest which school is the best, you probably still have to find to move to the school catchment area in order to register your child there.

Need to be careful as the "best" schools may also be filled up. I've heard lots of stories of people moving to a specific school district, only to find out the school is full so their kids are bused to another nearby school. This is common for people who live in condos near the school.

Hollywood School - very good school, good neighbourhood, good rental accommodation in the neighbourhood, large Chinese and Korean population
Arbor Glen School - very good school, good neighbourhood, good rental accommodation in the neighbourhood, large Asian population
Seneca Hill School - very good school, ok neighbourhood
Denlow School - good school, harder to find rental accommodation in the neighbourhood
Blythwood Junior Public School - ok school, expensive neigbourhood, European immigrants, might be hard to find accomodation

Kennedy Elementary School - don't know
Avondale Public & Alternative School - don't know
