Hello everyone!
I received my gcms notes on Friday,I already passed the 6 months mark and I havent seen any update since November! I studied in Canada and worked there for more than 6 years however I just claimed points for3 years and 3 months as it was difficult to get employment letters.

when looking at what the agent said about my documentation everything seems fine in the last paragraph he states that all the information submitted about my canadian experience matches with what he as investigated but then advices review for my canadian experience ! I dont get it, i really cant find a reason for a review as he does not mention anything missing or wrong! Because of this my CRS score was brought down to 441 from 496!
I will submit more documentation but has anyone had this exoericne before? Im scared i will be rejected for something that i submitted.

I am attaching the document so that someone can help me, thanks in advance.

I made sure that I was Within the 10
Year period they asked. August 2009 -2012 is when I worked and I submitted my profile in August 2019

Yeah but see that may be the problem - you don't qualify under CEC because only the last three years count. So you are relying on FSW to get you through. For FSW, you need to meet 67 / 100 in the FSW grid and you also need to have one year continuously in one NOC.

I didn’t apply under CEC. My Fsw score is 69, all my work experience is under one NOC and it’s the one that I put in my application

I received it in August 19th. I worked for Starbucks since 2006 however I was promoted to store manager , which is the experience I claimed , in August 2009 and worked until December 2012. What im curious about is that i have read some similar cases and in all of them the agent clearly states a remark for review required but there’s no remarks on mine! I want to submit extra documentation but I’m not sure what I should put emphasis on!

So you received the ITA on 19 Aug 2019, and it appears you submitted the application on 19 Oct 2019. This means three months' worth of work experience expired between ITA and eAPR. I assume Visa officer wants to do an exact calculation to understand if you still meet 3 years of work experience, or if you fall under.

Use 19 Oct 2019 as the lock-in date to re-calculate your work experience between 19 Oct 2009 and 19 Oct 2019. Do you still have more than 3 years of work experience?

Also, it appears you declared a common-law relationship between ITA and eAPR. This may also have triggered a recalculation of your score.

Yes still because I quit in December 2012. Am I wrong? The 10 years count from when you create your profile, receive ita or submit the profile? Also I don’t understand about my common law as I enter my profile as common law and I submitted my profile as common law. So I don’t know where he gets that I submitted the profile as married! I even went back to my online profile and it’s saved as common law. I submitted the declaration of it since the beginning. So confusing

How should I address that? Should o simply say they make a mistake about that? That I never claimed to be married?

Did you work full-time though? Look, I'm not sure because I don't have your full work experience details. But if you have not entered a current job, then what is clear is that you are not gaining any new work experience for immigration pruposes, but any work experience older than 10 years expires. So you have a net loss of about 3 months of work experience between ITA and eAPR.

Anyways, it is difficult to tell without all your work experience dates. Maybe you do indeed still meet 3 years.

Here's the thing though: up the top of your notes it says: "A11.2: Review Required".

Section A11.2 refers to the requirement to both meet program eligibility and minimum cut-off scores both at time of ITA and eAPR. It appears the officer is not satisfied that you do, or at least he/she wants to check it.

You can read more about it here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/assessing-electronic-application-on-section-a11-2.html

PS: Another thing is whether you were a full-time student in Canada during any of the work experience you claimed?

I claimed points only for my work experience after I was done school. I finished school in April 2009 and was promoted to store manager in August, as a store manager you work 40 hours a week. All that is stated in the reference letter

We submitted the declaration of common law and we have a daughter together! Should I just let them know plainly and simple about this mistakes? Please give me some advice

Thank you so much for your help! I really don’t know what to do, I’ve doubled check the documentation I’ve submitted and it seems to be correct so I don’t know where they are getting those dates and work experience calculation. It is really sad as I have no idea how long this will take thanks again
