The first thing you have to do is to apply to one of the Canadians' provinces (e.g Alberta https://tradesecrets.alberta.ca/ ) .They will study your file and could allow you to go for redseal exam (http://www.red-seal.ca/w.2lc.4m.2-eng.html) .Ensure to convince them that you have been working as electrician (not engineer ) for more than 9000hr (i think 5 years) .
You can buy the courses before going to the exam .e.g
