Egyptian lad wants to study english in Canada

Hello Everyone,

We have a very close who is very intelligent, top of his class and would very much like to study in Canada for 6 months.He does not want to stay in Canada as he has a career in Egypt that he would like to continue pursuing in radio in technical.

However, he very much wants to study english.....he is discouraged by the refusals of others he has seen try to obtain a study Visa in egypt. So he has given up somewhat for fear of refusal.
So l have been nominated to help.

Our questions are:

Should he apply for a canadian study visa from within Egypt....or obtain application from Canada
What happens once he is rejected.....does he apply and pay again ..or does he wait for them to say what is wrong try to fix and go from there and apply again. Or continue to fix original until they come back with a yes
DO they eventually say yes...or once it is no....you then rest and don't try again

Where can we find good advice to follow what you should provide to the letter.
Where should l obtain the right visa app. From Cairo or Canada....

Hello.. if the English studies is just 6 months he can apply for a visit visa and study.. cheers

Just provide a letter inviting him to Canada to visit family etc and once he gets his visa he can come to Canada and apply for the English course.. this will be a cheaper option as well

Or apply for a Visitors visa from a online Canada

What if he is rejected....should he keep yrapplying am sure.....could someone with good sound advice please, help me with the documents he would need to fill. And what should he do to increase imagine

He is really excited at the Prospect no....but l need to get where is the best application and how it should be done to increase his application.
