Hey mate, great that I am not alone. I am still in an earlier stage, do you have something specific that you think are delaying you or is it regular to get delayed if you apply out of Egypt ?

Well my case is very weird, I applied from Egypt them moved to USA in November and sent a change of address, according to my research of cases online, currently there is only 1 guy who has been waiting more days than me at 250 days since AOR, then me :D

I moved because my work gave me an ultimatum...

So if you are in the US and planning to stay in the US you probably won't wait a lot like me

Is the guy who has been waiting for 250 days also applying from the US? I am not sure yet if I will stay in the US for longer or not it depends on my H1B petition!

I used a t da natation office/firm in mohandessin called ICU, they are in the shehab street area, they even have a notarization service with a notary public from Canada or something like that, check their website

Ministry of justice.. you'll collect it the same day if you go early

i did my pcc when i applied for australia with them. it took 3 days and 170 LE
in the ministry of justice its only 25 LE and you get it the same day
