I know that but i will still issue a new one just to be on the safe side,honestly i think mine will be ok but at the sametime cic requirements from pcc from home country isnt 100% clear and can be understood in several ways,i dont want to take any chances and thats why i will issue a new pcc and submit both,went to the embassy today and applied and issued a manual pcc that will send to egypt to issue a new pcc then will submit both the computerized and the manual its an easy process and btw anyone in egypt can have the issue date on pcc to be after their departure date if they apply one day before leaving egypt or for ex apply on thursday and leave before saturday,i would be grateful if someone reccommends me what tonwrite in loe in regards to submitting 2 pccs,thanks

Good luck. I would suggest that you say exactly what you mentioned above in the LOE.
CIC requirements for PCC from Home Country isn't 100% clear and can be understood in several ways.

Submit your documents ASAP don't worry they won't reject you for bad documents they will just request more documents

How can you have it issued after you leave? They write the date you submitted ur pcc or the date it was issued?

CIC is very clear on their requirements.. you're just so mixed up because you keep comparing cases which are not at all relevant and insisting on making everything harder for yourself

See maged what you said makes sense and i kind of believe it but the different opinions confused me and i just dont want to blame myself later for doing something so easy as doing a pcc abroad

Ok so now i have the opinion of a lawyer,at the begining of the process i paid a first installment to a lawyer then decided to do it myself without his help,anyways i sent them an email with the pcc question and they replied ideally the pcc should be issued after your last stay in egypt,hope that helps

Trust me the one you have will work, but yes the lawyer is 100% correct, but like i said the one you have will work if you don't want to delay your self

I am waiting for some other documents so its not like the pcc is the only thing left for me,thanks everyone and good luck to all of us
