You can get an Egyptian Police Certificate through any Egyptian Embassy in any country in the world. They simply get your fingerprints on the document (either in embassy or you buy the form, they send it through mail, you put fingerprints on it at authorized ID service and send it). They then send it securely to Egypt to get completed, then sent back to you.

To get details, cotact the closest Egyptian embassy wherever you are.

just a piece of information that might not be useful for this situation bass someone else might stumble upon it and read it.
Some PNP programs require payments with a bank draft شيك مسبوق الدفع and the only bank that helped me issue one with us dollars was the AAIB البنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي.

Also HSBC can issue bank drafts in USD and CAD

Can someone explain the fastest way to obtain pcc while abroad please?

I did it through the Egyptian Consulate in Los Angeles and here is the fastest steps to follow:
1- Go to the consulate with your passport, 2 photos, and 20 USD and they will get your fingerprints and stamp it.
2- Send the feesh form to any first degree relative in Egypt (dad, mom, brother, sister)
3- In Egypt the form need to be validated from wezart el 5argya qesm el tasdee2at beside omar afandy share3 ahmed 3oraby
4- then take the validated from to kollyat el shorta eladeema fl 3abbasya and they will finalize it to you.

Then you have will need to translate it which I am not sure about yet!

Guys this is so confusing, should i issue egyptian pcc after i leave egypt if am residing in another country or its ok as long as its issued less than 3 months,i need urgent help because i have read that thread and now am really confused
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pcc-question-t482372.0.html

I think if you are submitting your package within 3 months from the issuance date of the PCC, it should be just fine

You should be able to issue one through the Egyptian consulate in the country of your current residence.

Last day in Egypt has nothing to do with it!! He is Egyptian, all that matters is thst the pcc is no older than 6 months

He is Egyptian but not living in Egypt, He lives in KSA or somewhere in the gulf IIRC, so it does matter

The pcc from your home country has to be no older than 6 months and has nothing to do with your last visit/entry

Please do not ask for a link: google cic intake complete
