If you missing your deadline, Just add in the LOE a letter stating that you need an extension for the deadline until you get the Saudi certificate and that they delay is because you are no longer a resident.

You mean a cheque to pay the aplication processing fee? I do not think they even accept cheques for processing fees. Proof of funds must be your money in your bank accounts.

To people who took IELTS in Egypt, I'd like to retake the exam to raise my speaking score to reach CLB 9 (I got 6.5 last time at British Council). Anyone tried IDP center? Or I go with British Council this time again?
