Effect on Canadian PR when Obtaining US Green Card

Hello Dear members , I recently got a Canadian PR and i am currently on H1B visa . My employer in the US would like to start my Green card process , will there be any issue at the time of application ? My H1B visa says in the annotation that i am a canadian permanent resident. Please advice.Thanks
