So, previously my application was cancelled on the premise that I did not upload birth certificate and medical for non-accompanying children.
I could have uploaded them if they asked for it but throughout my application I was never asked to upload them and there was no section in my application submission page.
So I submitted a case specific inquiry explaining the situation with screenshots and also provided the missing documents.
Today I got a new message in my cancelled application that it has been reopened.
It says: "Previously we determined that your application was not complete but after reexamining we have determined that it is in fact complete"
