EE who waiting more than 2 months after AOR join here

thanks for the reply - i have seen a fair few people on the CEC stream get BOWP - but nobody on FSW to my knowledge yet, and based on the info on the CIC page doesn't seem like you should be able to... hence my conumdrum

and I am a little wary of (all being well with PR app) going to the border under implied status of something i am no eligible for...

I don't believe you are able to travel across the border on implied status.

i'm pretty sure you can - leaving is not an issue, it is the return - if you leave you lose your implied status, so would have to get a visitor permit there and then to come back in, but if i left when i have the papers to do the landing i can't see an issue.

my dilemma is that if i apply for BOWP under FSW, which it looks like shouldn't be able to (CEC seems like you should based on the eligibility parameters of receiving AOR - FSW is supposed to wait for final determination of eligibility based on the CIC website) -- will the border official not look kindly on the fact that i have been on implied status as a worker for something that i shouldn't have applied for... rather than being a visitor

I have this question :

I graduated my bachelor degree in 2012 ( Mechanical Engineer ) - but I started working in 2011 .

When they asked me in the PR application : when was I qualified to perform this job , I mentioned 2012 .

do you think they are going to disqualify me , or reject my work experience till I received my Bachelor degree ?

I am supporting my experience with social contribution slips to the government and Reference letter , and boss business card ,

BTW , do they contact your employer ? , do they notify them earlier to doing so ? so that they are able to respond to their phone call ?

Do you guys all have paper applications from 2014 going on?


There is this thing that bothers me in mycic... I have two entries with the E000Xxxxxx number, the one where the aor came and where the status is, and there is the other one that was done when the profile was made, and where the ITAs are... Now that one changed to read-update not submitted and when I go in, before it was saying uploaded for all of them, now it's saying transmitted for some and uploaded for some.
With these system glitches it freaks me out, what if they asked for somethibg but I didn't get the request?
I'm freaked out no matter what, and so frustrated with theye guys getting ppr within a month or less.
What's wrong woth the Feb ones?!?!

In my opinion they dropped us in then paper side of things and not EE. But will see when the notes I applied for arrive. No I only have EE I missed the cap by a day last year. I can tell you that CIC call center told me they mailed a AOR 5 March witch i find confusing coz I have never heard on EE of some one getting a Mailed AOR, My postal address were wrong with CIO Sydney so why Im there is any ones guess and how they get my postal address wrong is a bigger mystery.

I applied in January but still didn't receive any invitation,each month I receive an email that your profile updated but in April I didn't receive anything even update one. :'(

Yes I have a paper app that was received 14th December, this has na started processing, meds were requested last week, but CIC said they have my meds on file from my EE app.

My paper app was mailed to Sydney NS but is now at CPC Ottawa, whilst my EE app is still at Sydney NS!

I'm FST from day 1, was never in CEC

Have you tried contacting CIC? Maybe ordering GCMS notes?
