EE vs Mon projet Quebec

I have already created an express entry profile and now I am creating a profile in Mon Projet Quebec. In that they ask whether I have applied for immigration to Canada (except in Quebec). What should I do now? Should I provide any details about EE? Or just say 'No'. Will it affect my process in Mon projet in case of giving answer 'yes' or 'No'. If I agree that I have applied for immigration to canada 8n Ee then I ought to give the date of demand and request status. Its very urgent in need of advice. Can anyone help me out.

In 2010, I have applied to CIC under FSW program. In first stage, I have been given application number UCI and later I have withdrew my application. So, do I still need to mention the application numer.
