I'm EE SINP 12th October Applicant and since then i'm in Process.
No update, nothing. I got new close work permit and send them an email, but still no reply.
please reply whats going on

Hard to say what's exactly going on... But from my point of view, most of "in process applications" have got something in their profile that needs more time to make the final decision, i.e, financial matters, job duties and ...

My IELTS score card is expiring on 10th of Jan 2017 and am taking exam again on 7th of Jan 2017 with results coming out on 20th Jan 2017.

Below is my timeline:
NOC 2232 Mechanical Engineering technologist
In-process: 25th Oct 2016
Fund Conversion on 6th of Dec 2016

Please let me know is there any problem with my IELTS score card expiring on 10th of Jan 2017?

SINP opened up another intake...

Am not sure what to make of it. Probably as mentioned above the pending applications are the ones that require someone higher up in the chain to approve/reject because the applicant falls short on a few items. That could explain the delays in decision due to the bottleneck.

The updated statistics on their website for the period Oct-Dec 16 says an average processing time of 3.4 months for EE, which is higher than OID which is at 2.5 months. SINPs goal is to keep it within 4 months. I guess we still have a month or hopefully lesser to go to wait for the outcome.

Yes possible but it's an average value of 80% cases so 3.4 months can't be apply to all. 2 of my friends got nomination today but they were from 20july case.
So currently they are taking 6-7 months max.
Hope we should get result in around March or April.

some applications get early nomination.some may take a more.
Its on case to case based.

Hi guys

As I predicted earlier :

My file is still "In process". But I think, sooner or later, they would reject it.
Now, they would Email me to choose between one of them, and my reaction is clear!

My application was refused last night, due to Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds, because I have kept them 2 months prior to October 12, 2016.
But I'm very happy now, because I managed to submit a new application on Jan 4, 2017 and this time my bank statement is fully matched with the requirements.

So you mean to say that they refused the application first and then told you to remove one application or vice versa
