EE questionair: have you applied to cic before?

Hello, I have a question about in EE questionaire when submitting profile into the pool. If I applied to cic for study permit and post graduate work permit before, in the "have you applied to cic before", do I have to select "Yes" or "No"?

If I select yes, I will put in my UCI number? I remember I was told I should select "No" if I haven't applied to EE system before. Is that correct?

Does anyone know about this?

If the question is "have you applied to CIC before", then you must answer "Yes". In this case, provide your UCI number.

If the question is "have you applied to Express Entry before", then you must answer "no".

Hello. sir. Thank you for your reply. Can I ask have you applied to the EE system before and you select "YES" and there is no problem ?

I was thinking to select "YES" because I think I should provide the UCI number because I applied to study permit before. So I am trying to double check and don't want to mess up because of this.

You are correct, you have to select YES in this case.
