Sorry about that. I didn't know about the eligibility score so I confused it with CRS score.

I am yet to calculate it and stuck at something which says:
'You completed at least 2 academic years of full-time study (in a program at least 2 years long) at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada'

I completed two, 1 year programs of different nature, does that count towards this question?

No. You didn’t complete a two year program. you count a one year diploma.

@Naturgrl Do I get any points for having Canadian education at all?
Yes. 5 eligibility points, I believe. The max number of points for education is 25 (are you including eligibility points) and that is for PhD. 23 for a Masters and 21 for a degree. Am I missing something in your education profile? What is your full profile?

Yes I do get 5 points for having foreign canadian education however it says two years of full time education. Now that is confusing just the way it is phrased since it doesn't extend to say if it is continuously or not

No you aren't missing anything.
I did 2 certificates 1 year each.
You count your highest program. If if is one year then you count your own year certificate. Having two one-year certificates doesn’t give you “two or more” certificates. Two years is a two year program.

is this for CRS? Are you eligible for EE? IF you have 65 points for EE then you are not eligible. You need 67+ points. You can get 5 points for Canadian education.
