EE profile without wife while living in Quebec!

Hi,

I am in trouble with my EE profile that I submitted already including my wife with CRS 425(without wifes ECA and IELTS).
Now I am planning to create a new profile without my wife while she is staying with me in Montreal.

Please advise me.
