EE profile submission has status 'pending' for > 3 days

Hi All,

I had submitted my EE profile 3 days ago. However its still showing status 'your profile is pending'. The profile doesn't show the CRS score either. Has anyone else faced this issue? If yes, kindly help me with any information you have on this.
