No, LMIA is different.

What do you mean by this?
In the work experience part you need to put all of your work experiences in the past 10 years right? And if you have worked in different NOCs you need to enter them also.

Yep .. my mistake .. what I meant was that your experience for the applied NOC would count towards your application.. not the entire experience..

lets say 2 years for 2171 and 4 years for 2174 .. then you would make entry for all the job but if you apply for 2174 then 4 years of experience would be counted, for 2171, 2 years would be counted..

That is how it was for FSW 14..

I have been selected and added to the Pool and I also have a Job Offer.

My questions are:

1. What is the role of Job Bank. Job Bank is not fully operational at the moment.
2. How will the employer apply for LMIA? They have never done this before. Any links will be helpful. Will the employer themselves contact ESDC and then they will be told what to do next?
3. When will they start withdrawing candidate names? Any Idea

Hi everyone,

My question is regarding the initial province/state selection we have to make while creating the profile. Will that help in determining what province will we be eligible to apply under PNP? If that is the case, will selecting a particular province hurt my chances towards PNP for other provinces?

Also how big of an impact will that have in the employers picking up my profile, for e.g.: if i choose Ontario, will it only allow the employers from that province to consider my case?

1) You are also required to give details of your secondary education (A-Levels)?

2) I have done ACCA which is a UK based certification. The drop down list doesnt have United Kingdom as an option. What to do?

So for FSW 14 you cant claim points for more NOCs? You can claim only for the primary NOC on your application?

You can apply. You just won't get 600 points out of arranged employment.

Hi I need help,

I submitted an application and i declare i have a common law partner. We have included my partner's IELTS and ECA and i declare that she will accompany me in Canada and she is not a Canada PR or Citizen. However, my points is computed like I was going alone and there are no points reflected on her Language and Education.

Please help me. Do i miss out anything?

Hello everyone..

any opinion on these points:
1. Can we submit two EE profiles. One with myself as primary applicant and my spouse as secondary and other profile with Wife as primary and myself as secondary ?
2. My wife's education is Engineering (EE) but entire work exp is in HR . She has a PG diploma in HR but that is not regular so basically she has ECA for 4 years bachelors degree. How will it effect if she submits profile under NOC 1121 ( Human resources professionals).

Yes you can create two profile, but since EE is not about number of applications and a single application with the profile which gets you more marks, is as good as applying multiple times along with that profile..
