No one knows for sure.. have not seen a cancellation earlier because of this reason .. however right now you dont have to provide all that details .. contact BCL/ IDP to get that changed ..

I have 4+ years experience outside canada. Bsc Engr.(WES Approved)

The IELTS is good.
BUt, as I use the canada tool they say you are not eligible.
Canada visa CRS calculator score is 384.

i have put this as my last qualification date which was directly related to my NOC .. for example 2174 NOC people would write date when they graduated as since then they are qualified to practice in this occupation ..

select NO .. a new question would come for ECA after you select NO..

i graduated in 2013 but started working in 2012... NOC is 2173

but I was working in a company during studying in university.I'm afraid they drop my work experience during my education if I write my graduation date.
Working during studying is acceptable in EE program?????

this is correct.. you need to select job match .. and then complete 4 steps as highlighted in PDF you would have received ..
