Hi all,

My profile brief :

- Age is 29
- Education - Bachelors ( four years )
- Overall work experience is 9 years on same company - and one year before moving to Canada in the US on an H1B
- IELTS: S-7, L-6.5, R-6, W-6, and overall CLP: 7
- Currently in Canada, on Closed ICT work-permit since March 1st, 2020 ( Employer tied and LMEA exempt )

I submitted an EE profile and am not sure what i did exactly wrong however as soon as i submitted a profile, i got an ineligible message back and rejected.

I believe I'm passing 67 scores to be eligible for the FSW pool and not sure what exactly am missing. Please guide me to get my EE submitted to the pool.

I answered the question with "No" for below and not sure if i may have to answer as "yes" - Please advice

"Has X been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) (required)"

Hi Sundar

Thank you. I'm just trying to understand more on this

So for this question, can i answer saying "yes" because i have been working with this employer for 9 years now or this question is more towards my experience in Canada, which is just 5 months?

"Has X been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part-time work?) (required)"

Please advice.

As given here, they ask time period of you working in canada using current work permit, that is atleast one year. They didn't ask about how long you work for your current company.
You have completed 5 months. Need to wait for 7 more months to be eligible under CEC.
Regarding fsw or CEC, I don't know much details.
If you are in hurry, please wait for other seniors here to clarify your query or please check with immigration consultant

It does seem you would be eligible under FSW. If you get an immediate rejection it means the system found you ineligible for any program, which means that you may have made a mistake entering something. Try redoing the profile and verify everything while you enter it to make sure it is correct. Do you have an ECA for your degree? That is required before submitting the profile.
